2025 Summer Travel Tryouts Saturday, April 26th for 8u & 9u

The Port Chester Youth Baseball League (PCYBL) will be offering tryouts for our Summer Pirates travel program at this time for our 8u and 9u teams only.

The 10u, 11u and 12u teams are set through Summer 2025 as their tryouts were combined for Spring/Summer teams

Tryouts will be held at 5pm on Saturday April 26^th at Lyon Park. There is no fee for Tryouts for PCYBL Players. You MUST complete the registration prior to tryouts.

Tryout Ages and Times are as follows:

- Players age 8u (born after 4/30/2016), 9u (born after 4/30/2015) Check in at 4:30pm, Tryout 5:00pm to 6:00pm

Cost for the Pirates Summer Program is $400

** Note the Pirates Summer baseball registration fee will only be applicable after tryouts, once players are awarded spots on a Pirates team. This will be done via separate registration. This registration is for tryouts only. Our Pirates travel program will participate in the Summer GHVBL (Greater Hudson Valley Baseball League).

The GHVBL summer season runs from early June to late July, with playoffs wrapping up very early August.

Port Chester Baseball Summer Camp

Port Chester Baseball Summer Camp

PCYBL is proud to offer a three-week baseball camp for ages 6 - 15 years old coached by the Port Chester Rams High School baseball staff along with various high school and travel coaches in the area.

Summer Camp will be an all-day opportunity to work on baseball skills, including pitching, hitting, fielding and baserunning.

Camp will be held in three Port Chester Locations: Lyons Park, Port Chester High School or Port Chester Middle School baseball fields. You will be advised which location prior to the start of camp.

-June 30th through July 18th

-Monday through Friday (excluding 4th of July)

-8:30am - 3:00pm Rain or Shine

Cost:

June 30th through July 3rd:

$220 per week

$200 per week for registered PCYBL participants and those who attend Port Chester Schools

July 7th through July 11th

$275 per week

$250 per week for registered PCYBL participants and those who attend Port Chester Schools

July 14th through July 18th

$275 per week
